The Only One Left is one of my favorite books of 2023. This one keeps coming with the twists and I couldn't think straight after reading it! Riley Sager slayed this gothic thriller!

READ MY BOOK REVIEW

Yep! This one is as good as they say. It lived up to every single expectation I had based on other people’s reviews, and I devoured it in one day. Riley Sager absolutely SLAYED THIS BOOK! It’s moody, creepy, suspenseful, and you honestly have NO CLUE who to trust. The twists are aplenty, and they are downright SHOCKING. I was waiting for the moment when I would have yawned and said “I’ve read this kind of twist before” but it never came. I freakin LOVED this book. And the ending- MIND BLOWN. I laughed while my heart rate came down because it was so unexpected that I had a hard time comprehending what I was reading. I was SHOOK in the best of ways. I won’t even begin to try and talk about all the nuanced pieces of this novel because it’s honestly best to know absolutely nothing going into it so you can feel the mix of emotions like I did. However, I will say that if you enjoy dark, gothic thrillers with insane twists then this is a must read for you. There’s a LOT going on but that’s what makes the book so much better! READ IT!
