𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗜𝗘𝗪 𝗦𝗡𝗔𝗣𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗧: Laurie Gelman pens another hilarious book in the Class Mom series! If you enjoy books with a ton of humor and the trials and tribulations of motherhood, then this series is a must read!

Laurie Gelman stole my heart and made me cry with laughter with her debut novel, Class Mom. Ever since reading that one I’ve been (im)patiently awaiting the next book in the series because I can’t get enough of her humor. Not only are these books relatable to moms everywhere, but they teach you not to take life so seriously. As parents, we aren’t perfect and pretending to be so is just a waste of time. Is this book filled with life lessons we should all follow? Absolutely not! This book is meant to be a humorous take on motherhood and the trial and tribulations we can relate to.

Now as this is a series it is recommended that these books be read in order of publication because all of them follow mom Jen Dixon as she raises her kids and takes an active role in their school by being a class mom. Each book follows a brand-new school year (this being 5th grade) and follows Jen as she not only tries to corral her kids and new grandkid but tries to raise ten thousand dollars for her son’s school. Getting there won’t be easy, and Jen finds that life doesn't always go according to plan… But watching her tackle issues with her snark is hilarious! I was in hysterics the whole way through.

If any of this is appealing to you then I highly recommend giving this series a try! It’s becoming one of my absolute favorites and I can’t get enough. I’m ready for the fourth book already!
