OMG! I loved this book HARD. This is one of the best college romances that I have read in a long time. Sara Ney delivered with this one. All I can think about is beards!
Rating: ★★★★★
Release Date: December 6, 2018
Genre: College Romance. New Adult.

Series: Jock Hard #2 (can stand alone)
Pages: 300 pages
Format: eBook. ARC.
Kip Carmichael is no pretty boy.

He's a rough. Dirty. Giant. Hair so unruly, and a beard so thick, his friends on the team call him Sasquatch.

The first time Sasquatch lays eyes on Theodora "Teddy" Johnson across the keg at a party one night on Jock Row, she'd been relegated to the sidelines by her jock hungry "friends."

Week-after-week, he watches beautiful but bashful Teddy getting overshadowed, and overlooked. Sasquatch finally broad shoulders his way through the crowd, offering to to be her hairy godmother. But the minute their eyes meet? He's a goner.

Teaching her the RULES for winning a jock will be the easy part. Not falling in love with her is going to be a losing game.

Release Date: December 6, 2018
Genre: College Romance

This is THE perfect college romance- slow burning, sweet, and downright adorable.

Wow Wow Wow! I devoured this book! I fell so hard and so fast for Teddy and Kip that my heart was smiling! I honestly didn't think I was going to love this book as much as I did but I was wrong. Everything about this book felt natural, real, and 100% authentic. Readers will have no problem believing in these two and will slowly watch them fall in love as a normal pace. For us romance readers it feels like a slow burn. We know fate when we see it, right? But watching it happen like we do in the story is absolutely magical. Damn this is a great book. Especially considering it is s shorter book (there is only about 11 chapters). The page count didn't matter though because this book has everything a romance reader craves. Gah! I highly HIGHLY recommend it.

Jock Rule is the second standalone in the Jock Hard series. This book features a new couple and therefore can be read in any order. This one starts off as your typical college romance- girl goes to a party on frat (or Jock) row, meets a guy, and rides off into the sunset (tehee). However, there is a lot more in between. Kip comes from money. But he is sick and tired of girls using him for it and vows to not date any girls until after graduation- maybe even longer. To keep the girls away he grows a beard - long, shaggy, mountain man(ish). And for the most part, it keeps the jersey chasers away. But when he sets his eyes on a demure girl who looks so out of place at the keg party his team is hosting, he knows he has to get involved- even if it's just to become her "hairy godmother" who teaches her how to stand up for herself.

Teddy doesn't care about starting a relationship with anyone. The only reason she goes to these college parties is because her friends drag her to them. Unfortunately, the second she steps through the doors she gets ditched. Thankfully, she strikes up an unlikely friendship with the resident Sasquatch- the man who sees right though her friends. He vows to teach her how to date, stand up to her friends, and all that stuff in between. But it comes to a surprise to both of them when the two people who don't care for a relationship start getting feelings for one another. And when they both figure it out, will they survive? - Read it friends, you'll find out and fall in love while doing it!

Obviously, I very much recommend this book. It's better than a lot of the new adult, college romances out there today because it has an authentic feeling to it. It's not a rushed, insta-love story between young people who don't know a thing about love. It's pure, realistic, and quite beautiful.
