What a thrilling read! I was sucked into this book from the minute I started reading it. It's got this cool vibe where it comes off as part court room drama, part domestic thriller, and then a little mystery thrown in. The ending was quite spastic (and I mean that in the nicest way possible) but the beginning and middle are quite engrossing. Perhaps that MEGA CLIMAX/TWIST is the authors specialty? I'll have to read another one to see. But this is an all around great book and I highly enjoyed it. 

After Anna follows a tight knits family as drama unfolds surrounding the return of a daughter that has been taken away for 17 years. Maggie lost custody of her daughter Anna following postpartum psychosis and hasn't seen her since she was born. Now married with a small family of her own, Maggie finds that her daughters father has died and Anna now wants to come live with her biological mother. This seems like a great thing to Maggie and her husband Noah as it is a piece of the family that has been missing. But too soon after things start to go wrong. Accusations are slung, someone ends up dead, and the other is on trial for murder. If you want to find out how all these pieces fall together (and apart) then I highly recommend giving this one a try! It is a twisty ride with unexpected plot twists!
