Welcome to the second edition of EBB Recommends! For this edition, I will be focusing on Romance Duets! That means they are two books that focus on the same couple. Normally there is something dramatic/traumatic that makes it a bit harder to find their HEA. Don't worry though, as with all romance books they usually do! This post will be divided by recommendations based on books I have personally read and then by suggestions based off books that sit within the genre and look really good.
These recommendations are based on books that I have read. Click on the covers to purchase on amazon.
The Rush series duet is a new adult romance that takes place in the Hampton's in the summer time! The tropes that are associated with this duet include bad boys, surprise pregnancy, and a forbidden relationship!
The Outskirts Duet by T.M. Frazier is a dark and gritty duet. Some may think it's a bit of a darker romance. I however, don't think so. It's more of a romantic suspense series. I highly recommend them!
The Amnesia Duet by Cambria Hebert is another romantic suspense with darker elements although I wouldn't consider it a dark romance. This book takes places on an island and involve a character who cannot remember her past. The hero, who may or may not know her from his past, helps her.
The Blue Line Duet is a new adult, military romance. These books are fantastic and emotional but may contain a bit of a triangle when it comes to love. You would have to wait to see what I mean by reading it.
This is an epic friends to lovers romance with a twist! If you haven't read the Blue Line duet (mentioned above) I would strongly suggest reading it before this one. Otherwise, the twist won't be as compelling to you. It's also a military romance!
This is an enemies to lovers romance duet. Fans of Max Monroe don't want to miss this epic journey with Lucky and Ollie. This duet also fits in well in the sports romance category as it deals with surfing!
I haven't read this duet for a couple of years now but from what I can remember it is an angsty tale of forbidden love!
These two books are part of a greater series titled the Gearshark series. However, the first two books (these ones) are a duet pair. So I wanted to add them to this list. This is an MM romance and takes place in college. There is also a racing element!
This duet contains a love triangle! For those of you who don't like triangles then I suggest skipping it. However, if you can keep an open mind then I highly recommend it. It's angsty, emotional, and truly beautiful. Love isn't flawless and that's shown in this one.
This is a breathtaking duet and I highly recommend it to all romance fans. It's an emotional college and military romance that will make you cry! Gosh, I couldn't recommend it enough if I tried!
These are books that I have not read but they sound really good and/or have been recommended to me.
An emotional duet with musicians. These books deal with addiction. Read for free with Kindle Unlimited.
A second chance romance duet. You can read for free with kindle unlimited.
This is a forbidden romance between a nanny and a single father and possibly has some paranormal elements!
An emotional and heart-wrenching romance duet!
A romantic suspense duet that deals with infertility.
A new adult, coming of age duet that all romance readers are raving about!
An enemies to lovers, brothers best friend duet!
An epic, coming of age duet that shows love can conquer all!
I think the name of the duet (The White House Duet) says it all!
