Megan Goldin is one of my favorite thriller authors! Her books are always top notch and exciting. I can't get enough. While I do recommend reading The Night Swim before this one I honestly can stand alone.

The Block Party by Jamie Day is a solid suburban thriller. I really enjoyed reading this one and am looking forward to many more books by the author in the future. Wait until you read the twist!

I really enjoyed this one! It reminded me a little of Bentley Little's books (he's one of my favorite horror writers). It's dark, disturbing, but has an edge of humor so things don't become too bleak. I most definitely recommend it.
