With great reluctance,
Dear Mr. Brodie,
Thank you for your email. Please inform Sam that I like him very much and would love to be his nanny and accompany him on your terrible joke of a stand-up tour.
I can assure you—things will not get complicated. For many, many reasons.
Primarily because Owen Brodie isn’t funny, and he can suck it.
Out of financial desperation and a fondness for your son,

READ MY BOOK REVIEW
𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗜𝗘𝗪 𝗦𝗡𝗔𝗣𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗧: Funny Business is exactly that- FUNNY! Kayley Loring has written quite a few of my favorite romcoms and she’s never disappointed! I highly recommend her if you like laugh out oud funny books!
Funny Business is probably one of the most unique romcoms I have ever read. Both the hero and heroine are actually comedians and that’s just not something I’ve ever seen for a character’s profession. So not only is the plot funny in its own right, but the bantering and the comedy jokes that they come up with for their shows are hilarious too. I think it’s safe to say that I laughed a LOT while reading this one!
Frankie and Owen not only share their love of comedy, but the love of his adorable seven-year-old son who she manages to nanny. How she got her nannying position is its own hilarious little story, but once you meet this kid, you’ll see why he’s so easy to love. I’d actually love to see a future generation book featuring him in it! Especially if his love of cheese stays with him into adulthood LOL. You’ll know what I mean when you read it 😉
If you’re looking for a single dad, romantic comedy then I highly recommend reading this one! In all honesty, you can’t go wrong with any of Kayley’s books but this one is a nice place to start. I laughed a lot, I enjoyed the plot, I loved the banter and the side jokes, and I love how their misunderstanding towards the end was rectified!
