Tropes: New Adult Romance

Saffron A. Kent has once again written a book that is 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗣𝗨𝗧 𝗗𝗢𝗪𝗡. My Darling Arrow had me REELING. I was so immersed in the story that one minute I looked up and it was 9pm and the next it was 11:30! How does 2 ½ hours go by without notice?!?! I guess I should give the author credit because this has NEVER happened to me. Salem and Arrow’s love story was raw, emotional, riveting, and angsty. I loved Salem from the minute I met her, but Arrow took a little time to warm up to. For some reason, I didn’t fully connect to him in the beginning but eventually, I found myself rooting for him.

ANYWAY, this book has it all! It’s insanely good and has the ability to rip you apart and then slowly piece your heart back together again. I was on a rollercoaster of emotions while reading this one and am so impressed with how everything came together. This is definitely one of those books that I’ll need on my bookshelves! Highly recommend it!
